Analyses of DNA-protein interaction for four R2R3-MYB family transcription factors linked to wood formation in Eucalyptus using DAP-seq

posted on 2023-12-11, 07:00 authored by Lazarus TakawiraLazarus Takawira

DAP-seq was used to identify transcription factor binding sites for EgrMYB1 (Eucgr.G01774), EgrMYB2 (Eucgr.G03385), EgrMYB122 (Eucgr.J01601) and EgrMYB135 (Eucgr.K02297) transcription factors. Sequencing was carried out on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (PE150) platform (Novogene Inc., Sacramento, USA).
