Blockchain model code snippets for sharing tendering project information

A code snippets of the Blockchain model configurations that depicts how tendering project information can be securely and efficiently shared among various parties that have an interest in the tendering projects. Note that the model was implemented using Hyperledger-fabric framework, which since a blockchain framework use for implementing private blockchain solutions or simulate blockchain network using virtual nodes.
