Collision prevention systems in the mining industry

<p dir="ltr">This study is conducted to improve collision prediction and motion-planning models to improve the situational awareness of the operator and the solution space of the CPS technology in the mining industry. Two simplistic motion-planning models are introduced, namely, a braking and steering motion-planning model. The braking model improves the limited braking solution space through the introduction of a braking metric. This includes the methodologies for the collision prediction and motion-planning models. These methodologies are explained thoroughly through this dataset. In this dataset the experimental and simulation results are also included. The testing methodologies are also included in this dataset.</p>
