The data includes a boiling curve validation of numerical model against the experimental results using the stagnation wall superheat. Futhermore, the data includes a parametric study of Reynolds number, pin-fin height and spacing and pin-fin distribution. The parametric study is analysed using wall superheat and boiling area contribution.
