These are microsatellite genotypes at several loci for three species of <i>Ficus </i>(<i>bizanae</i>, <i>craterostoma </i>and<i> sur</i>) occuring in forests. The forest codes correspond to that used in Deng, J.-Y., van Noort, S., Compton, S.G., Chen, Y., Greeff J.M. 2020. The genetic consequences of habitat specificity for fig trees in southern African fragmented forests. <i>Acta Oecologica</i> <b>102</b>: 103560. The loci amplified are also described in this paper. It also give the GPS localities of all samples. Each tree species is given in a different tab.
