This dataset contains data gathered during a three-phase multi-methods research study:

  • Phase 1: Data exported from Rayyan, a web-based tool used during the process of a scoping review.
  • Phase 2a: Qualitative data in the form of a focus group transcript and two completed questionnaires (conducted to explore the experiences of recent birth centre clients on the care they received).
  • Phase 2b: Images of a Google Jamboard created by experts in midwife-led or maternity care during a nominal group technique session. The purpose of the session was to generate ideas regarding aspects to be included in the accreditation criteria.
  • Phase 3: an Excel spreadsheet containing a summary of responses to an E-Delphi questionnaire through which experts evaluated drafted accreditation criteria.
