HEU Figure 1, shows the immunophenotypic analysis of Lin-CD34+ haematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) from HIV exposed (HEU) and unexposed (HUU) samples. Names of metaclusters are shown in HEU Table 1.

In HEU Figure 2, box plots are portrayed which reveal the different MC's which are statistically different between HUU and HEU samples on D0, D7.

HEU Figure 3, shows the differences in gene expression on freshly isolated HSPCs between HUU and HEU samples.

HEU Figure 4, shows the colony forming unit data of HUU and HEU samples.

HEU Figure 5, shows the immunophenotypic analysis on the Lin-CD34- population.

ARV Figure 1 and 2, shows the dose response curves after HSPCs were exposed to drugs individually and in combination, respectively.

ARV Figure 3, shows the difference in cell number when ARVs are cultured with stem cells for 7 days as well as the impact on immunophenotype. The names and frequencies of metaclusters are shown in ARV Table 1.

A colony-forming unit experiment was also undertaken to determine if ARV presence has any impact on the formation of normal haematopoietic colonies shown in ARV Figure 4 and 5.
