This is qualitative data used for statistical analyses to compare flies selected upward or downward on age of egg oviposition to control flies at generations 0, 4, 10, 15 and 20. The following traits have been investigated: survival, total egg production, daily egg production, day of peak egg production, courtship, mating, number of sperm transferred, sperm asymmetry and head width. The effect of age was also taken into account for courtship, mating, sperm transferred and sperm asymmetry.
