The
purpose of this study is to evaluate whether adoption of mobile banking
application has any influence towards customer attrition rate. The study takes
a quantitative research approach, which will be conducted to test hypotheses
linked to the theoretical framework and the literature review. Secondary
customer banking data from one of the major banks will be used to test the
research hypotheses using SPSS tool.
