This qualitative research analyses a range of digitally fabricated sculptures and associated artworks. The purposive selection and visual analysis of these diverse secondary data sets demonstrates the transforming effects and affects that the adoption of digital fabrication technologies has on sculptors' changed ways of knowing and doing. Data sets were used to establish the emergence of a neomaterial aesthetic arising from sculptors between-, in-, and beyond-the-screen space relations.
