Fungal endophytes from C4 grasses collected widely across the globe in tropical and subtropical locations

<p dir="ltr">Fungal ASV feature tables and the associated metadata for two datasets relating to the PhD titled "Spatial patterns of C4 grass-associated fungal endophyte communities." The first dataset is from grass samples collected widely across tropical and subtropical locations where Themeda triandra and Heteropogon contortus occur across the globe. The second dataset is from a common garden experiment where multiple C4 grasses were grown in the same conditions on the University of Pretoria's experimental farm.</p>
