Future work-self, goal engagement, goal disengagement and resilience in student career choices

The statistical analysis for this study was carried out using IBM SPSS version 28. The dataset uploaded is to be opened using SPSS. The data set contains the anonymised raw data for the variables of future work-self, resilience, goal engagement, and goal disengagement of university students, during a study conducted in November and December 2021. This dataset was cleaned and used to conduct structural equation modelling in a study where the relationships between these constructs were examined. Item level data is available.
