A qualitative approach was applied using the grounded theory method to collect data for this study. Thirty five employees were interviewed from both managerial and administrative levels using semi-structured interviews. The Atlas.ti qualitative data analysis tool was used to create codes and themes for the large sections of text obtained from the interview data. The datasets contained are 3 fold: 1) The biographical data of the participants 2) The themes which emerged from the study 3) The research design process that was followed.
