Institutionalised racial bias in the South African context and the impact on organisation’s strategic execution ability and workplace belonging and inclusion.
This research proposal deals with the components of organisational studies related to institutional racial bias and the impact on the organisations ability to effectively execute on its strategy – termed as strategic execution. With reference to transformative societies, this research seeks to understand ideological influences on organisations as it relates to the process of transformation. The data presented here are 12 qualitative interviews with senior executive managers in South Africa in transformation positions in established leading organisations.
