This dataset contains quantitative data (in the form of survey responses to questions) on employees innovative work behaviour by incorporating their individual intrinsic interests, their perceptions of organisational support for innovation and informational rewards. The dataset aims to explain how intrinsic motivation, organisational support and informational rewards interact to predict employee innovative work behaviour.
