Land reform, land redistribution and proactive land acquistion strategy (PLAS)

This data seek to provide insights of proactive land acquisition strategy (PLAS) qualification criteria. The data also provides an understanding on how PLAS identify, select and allocate land to beneficiaries. It further provide an understanding on how this process of selecting beneficiaries impact on the lives of the people on the ground. Data was collected through literature and documents review, key informants unstructured interviews and also case study as a technique to bring about the empirical evidence and to explore in depth what is happening on the ground.
