Constraints and enablers in mentoring relationship between preservice and mentor teachers
This dataset presents the themes for interviewing mentor teachers and preservice teachers regarding the management of mentoring relationships in Early Childhood schools (Pre-schools). The mentor teachers and preservice teachers reflected on their experiences in the mentoring relationship to understand their true experiences and feelings regarding the management of mentoring relationships, gaining insight into the capabilities and conversion factors involved in mentoring relationships. The dataset also includes the ages of the preservice teachers and the years of teaching experience of the mentor teachers, who remain anonymous.
