<p dir="ltr">The study’s objective is to present a micro-credential IT skills training framework for Eswatini SMEs. This was done by determining the enablers and barriers to micro-credential IT skills training in Eswatini SMEs. Also, the study examines the status quo of micro-credential IT skills training in this context. It is a qualitative study following a survey strategy. Fifteen interviewees were selected from fifteen different SMEs. The SMEs were categorized according to size – micro, medium and small enterprises. The final framework based on the TOE framework includes technology-related factors, skills-related factors, organizational-related factors, and environment-related factors.</p>
