Morphological and genetic characterization of Mozambican indigenous cattle populations

The dataset contains quantitative and qualitative information on 614 unrelated individual cattle purposefully sampled in twenty-three villages in four provinces.

Moreover, plink files containing 49,996 SNP genotypes of three cattle breeds of Mozambique were added.

These data underpin a thesis titled 'Genetic characterization of Mozambican indigenous cattle populations'.
