Mosquito community assemblages

This is dataset for the thesis entitled “Characterization of mosquito community assemblages and vector species ecology to inform control interventions at hotel settings in Zanzibar”

The data include informations on mosquito community structure, risk factors for occurrence and abundance of vector species as well as insecticides resistance profile.
