This is occupational health services data collected during a joint ILO and WHO HealthWISE tool implementation risk assessment in health facilities in South Africa 2020 - 2024, following the COVID-19 pandemic. Further, the data includes data on occupational health and safety information use for decision making in health facilities in order to make information based decisions.
