N119 datasets for a quantitative research. The data contains participant scores on Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), SPANE, Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) and Couple Satisfaction Index (CSI-16). Pre-and post-test data set contains scores for participants completing both pre-test and post-test on the same measures.

N119 complete dataset was used to determine incidence of life satisfaction, affect, mood, couple satisfaction and perceived stress in sample. Pre- and posttest data was then used to determine change in constructs after sleep intervention using dependent t-test for normally distributed data. Non-parametric alternative used to determine difference in CSI-16 scores as data not normally distributed.
