Pasting properties of starches with added micro crystalline cellulose and cellulose nano fiber
Supplementary data for a qualitative study to show the changes in the pasting properties of maize, teff, and potato starch when treated with cellulose nanofiber and microcrystalline cellulose.
Treatments underwent both short (30 minutes) and extended pasting cycles (120 minutes).
