This is dataset for a Masters study titled 'Potential of unmanned aerial vehicle-based remote sensing to detect water stress and estimate yield in pecan' and it includes the following data:

Pecan yield data for two seasons, with analysis.

Pecan individual canopy temperatures at weekly intervals for two seasons, with analysis.

Pecan non-water-stressed-baseline data, and calculated baselines.

Pecan orchard vegetation indices at weekly intervals for two seasons.

Thermal data processed into crop water stress index.
