Perception of talent management practices that transformational leaders possess
This dataset include interview questions aimed at identifying the interviewee's perceptions of their transformational leaders' talent management practices. Questions were surrounded on staffing and attraction, organisational strategy, deploy, improve and grow, performance management, and talent retention. These questions ensured that all aspects of talent management were covered in order to obtain a holistic picture of the participants perceptions.
