The attached files encompass a dataset from a research component of the dissertation entitled 'Continuous professional development for quality education: Teachers’ experiences in quintile 1-3 schools in Katlehong, Gauteng Province.' The research study drew its analyses and arguments from participants' (school teachers) reflections and narratives on their lived experiences with teaching in quintile one-quintile three schools in Katlehong. Twenty four teachers were interviewed, ranging from primary and high school teachers within the Katlehong schooling context.

The files include a table outlining the participant interviews in detail as well as the key themes that emerged from the interviews during the data analysis process. Moreover, an interview schedule outlining the questions used to guide the semi-structured interviews used to collect the data.
