Supplementary files for the thesis titled "Management of African cereal crop pathogens in the postgenomic era" and "Distinct selective sweep events in differentiated populations of Cercospora zeina in Africa". SNP data and genome annotations used in the thesis chapter "Population genomic analyses suggest recent dispersal of the pathogen Cercospora zeina into East and Southern African maize cropping systems". Genome data of the strains and the reference genome assembly are available on GenBank under the respective accessions PRJNA932176 and MVDW02000000.
