Postgraduates experiences with their exposure to work-integrated learning and engagement with the community within the South African context

This dataset consists of primary data that was collected qualitatively through non-probability sampling in the form of semi-structured interviews with the consent of the participants. Eighteen (18) post-graduate students who completed a BCom Honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (IOP) or Human Resource Management (HRM) and Labour Relations at a South African university participated in the research. The information obtained from the interviews was analyzed by means of a thematic analysis, whereby a detailed codebook has been created. The thematic analysis and codebook can be viewed in the "Master Sheet." The research questions, as well as member checking can also be viewed in the Master Sheet.
