Rhizopus oryzae fermentations

Experimental data from Rhizopus oryzae fermentations including batch and continuous bioreactor runs using both glucose and xylose as the substrate. 

The fermentation conditions were varied with regard to the parameters of pH, dissolved oxygen, substrate concentration and nitrogen addition.
