Data representing processed numerical results for the simulation of phase-change jet impingement for electronics cooling.The data includes boiling curves for a single water jet (with conjugation and without conjugation), and a multijet array (with conjugation and without conjugation). Furthermore the data included also the total heat transfer coefficient (HTC), quenching HTC, and evaporative HTC for the parametric studies conducted for single jets and multi jet arrays.
