Soil macroinvertebrates in a broad leaf

The dataset is presented in Microsoft excel document. In the first sheet, all of the termite mounds used in chapter 2 of the dissertation are listed with their corresponding volume variables that were used in the data analyses for this chapter. In the second sheet, the counts of all the blue optical tracer subsamples, for chapter 3 of the dissertation, are included with the appropriate treatment plot, soil depth, sampling date, ID code and sampling week designated to them.
