South African bread market and consumers' prioritization of bread related products

Data related to consumer willingness to purchase sustainable bread alternatives. The data shows a variety of consumer preferences and actual purchasing of bread products in South African bread market. Data further displays various intrinsic and extrinsic product attributes which are prioritised by the sample. The prefered/ actual serving sizes and consumption of bread amongst the sample is displayed. Results pertaining to the availibility of various bread catagories is displayed according to the main retailers which are visible on the South African market. Various attributes including price, availibility and taste play a large role in decision making as well as final decisions of consumers when selecting bread products.
