<p dir="ltr">This study assessed the structure, conduct, and performance of underutilised crops—specifically Bambara groundnut, cowpeas, and orange-fleshed sweet potato (OFSP)—in Mpumalanga, South Africa. The research was conducted in 10 markets within the Ehlazeni district.</p>
