<p dir="ltr">A framework for the adoption of digital platforms in e-government : a case study from Gauteng provincial government case study thesis. The study is submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree PhD in Information Systems. The study used a pragmatism research philosophy and a mixed-methods methodology and adopted Hevner's 3-cycle Design Science Research (DSR) as the research strategy to investigate factors that influence the adoption of digital platforms in e-government by developing a digital platform adoption framework. The study has 3 datasets: a survey, a qualitative interview, and a questionnaire with open- and close-ended questions.</p>
