The collaborative practices on the management of menopause by the indigenous knowledge users and holders, traditional and allopathic health practitioners among indigenous African women

The dataset consists of practices of indigenous knowledge users and holders, traditional healthcare practitioners, and allopathic healthcare practitioners on the management of menopause among indigenous African women. The ethnographic, explorative, and descriptive design was used. Individual ethnographic interviews, talking circles, and Google Workspace were used to collect the data. The Roper and Shapira data analysis method, Atlas ti, and the ranking method were used to analyze data.
