Two pine needle pathogens present in the Colombian pine plantations : Dothistroma septosporum and Lecanosticta pharomachri

<p dir="ltr">The dataset presented represents the ITS sequences used in the classification of individuals isolated from pine needles from Colombia. The ITS sequences represent either <i>Dothistroma septosporum</i> or <i>Lecanosticta pharomachri </i>individuals. The sequences were generated using Sanger Sequencing technologies and analysed with CLC Main Workbench. </p>
