Two pine needle pathogens present in the Colombian pine plantations : Dothistroma septosporum and Lecanosticta pharomachri

The dataset presented represents the ITS sequences used in the classification of individuals isolated from pine needles from Colombia. The ITS sequences represent either Dothistroma septosporum or Lecanosticta pharomachri individuals. The sequences were generated using Sanger Sequencing technologies and analysed with CLC Main Workbench.
