Characterisation of a Gram-positive secreted protein signal sequence (SPss)

<p>This suplementary data is for a Masters study aimed at  outling the graphs and Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (PAGE) pictures. The graphs show measures of cell biomass and protein concentration from various <em>Escherichia coli </em>cultures, expressing genes from a variety of plasmids. The PAGE pictures show fractionated cell compartments at various time points.</p>
