Green information technology adoption at an information and communication technology (ICT) service company, South Africa
The presented subsections examine the six themes, as well as their component subthemes and categories that were maintained from the evaluated raw data. The GITAM model was used as a theoretical lens to understand the implementation of Green ICT through an in-depth analysis of the three pillars of the GITAM model. The Green ICT context, the Green ICT implementation readiness, and Green ICT implementation drivers, and finally the Green ICT overall intention and adoption in a large ICT company in South Africa.
