Specific emitter identification (SEI) hardware and configuration

The configuration of the RF hardware is shown in Fig. experiment_layout.pdf, with Fig. Configuration.jpg the hardware used for the experiments showing the SEI receiver antenna at the bottom, the three splitters above it, the RTL-SDR receivers sued by the SEI system, and the three replay-attack SDR devices between the splitters in the middle. The RKE remotes used as transmitters are shown in Fig. remotes_crop.jpg with a new remote on the left and an old remote on the right.
