A modern approach to the identification, nomenclature and phylogeny of Aspergillus, Penicillium and other Eurotiales : from chaos to tranquility

<p dir="ltr">This dataset was published in 'From Chaos to Tranquility: A modern approach to the identification, nomenclature and phylogeny of Aspergillus, Penicillium and other Eurotiales, including an updated accepted species list'. This work updates the accepted species list for the fungal order Eurotiales, which includes important genera like Aspergillus, Penicillium, Paecilomyces, Talaromyces etc. The dataset released here includes the alignments, log files and output trees generated for the phylogenetic analyses presented in the paper.</p>
