Dataset for the manuscript: Parry N. J. & Weldon, C. W. Bioconversion of poultry manure and vegetable waste mixes by Hermetia illucens (Diptera: Stratiomyidae).

Larval performance and bioconversion of fruit and vegetable waste mixed with poultry manure from 0% to 100% in 10% increments was determined.
