Data, calculations of information-theoretic metrics and R code : heterospecific interference lead to maladaptive sex ratio changes

This is the data and code to do the analyses and draw the graphs for the paper "Historical constraints and heterospecific interference lead to maladaptive sex ratio changes in a pollinating fig wasp" in Proceedings of the Royal Society B by Greeff JM, Mnguni SP and Warren M.

The readme file explains what each of the other 5 files contains. The first contains the raw data. The third is the code to make maximum likelihood estimates using the optim command in R, the second shows how the output of the code is used to calculate the relevant information-theoretic estimates, and the fourth and fifth give the code to respectively draw figures 1 and 2.
