PacBio analysis of the canine and feline 16S bacterial microbiome

The compilation of datasets were generated for both thesis and journal contributions and are contextually both quantitative and qualitative. Including: dataset on canine and feline patient metadata on signalment, history, and disease manifestation, collected during routine physical and diagnostic examination of cats; dataset on canine and feline diagnostic assessment of the 16S bacterial microbiome, collected by means of qPCR and PacBio analysis; dataset on barcoded primers used during PacBio analysis of the canine and feline 16S bacterial microbiome; dataset on raw amplicon sequencing variants (ASV) generated during PacBio analysis of the canine and feline 16S bacterial microbiome; dataset in processing counts generated with the ASV approach during PacBio analysis of the canine and feline 16S bacterial microbiome.
