Phylogenetic analysis of the Talarmyces funiculosus and related species
Phylogenetic analysis of the Talarmyces funiculosus and related species published in the manuscript 'Phylogenetic analysis of the Talarmyces funiculosus and related species'. Files include the dataset, alignments and tree files.
Datasets were aligned using the G–INS–i setting in MAFFT v. 7.490 (Katoh and Standley, 2013) and manually trimmed and adjusted in Geneious Prime where necessary. Each dataset was analysed using Maximum Likelihood (ML) in IQtree v. 2.2.2.7 (Minh et al., 2020) and applying the General Time Reversible nucleotide substitution model with gamma distribution with invariant sites (GTR +G +I). Datasets were partitioned based on introns, exons and codon positions. Confidence in nodes was calculated using bootstrap analyses with 1000 replicates.
