The prevalence and disease associations of canine blood-borne pathogens

The compilation of datasets were generated for both thesis and journal contributions and are contextually both quantitative and qualitative. Including: dataset on canine patient metadata on signalment, history, and disease manifestation, collected during routine physical and diagnostic examination of dogs; dataset on canine bloodwork analysis, collected during routine diagnostic examination of dogs; dataset on canine diagnostic assessment for blood-borne pathogens of interest, collected by means of microscopy, serology, and qPCR analysis; dataset on optimisation of qPCR assays used in analysis of blood-borne pathogens of interest.
