Patriarchy and female career progression: do women maintain the status quo?
The study includes seven recorded interviews, transcribed, for a qual study trying to understand the lived experiences of the women with regards to patriarchy in their personal and professional lives.
Interview recordings are stored and saved as an M4A file. Inorder to access the interview recordings, any program file that supports M4A will be needed to open the recordings.
