Log-linear modelling with the negative multinomial distribution

The document herein contains the R code that was used in the research project titled "Log-linear Modelling with the Negative Multinomial Distribution", written by Nqobile Mhlanga. The code is ordered as it appears in the application section of the research document. All data used is contained in the code. The code for the Random Digit Dialling contains theoretical data from Evans and Bonnet (1989). The code for the section "Application: Pneumococcal Casualties" contains data from von Mollendorf C et al (2017).
