UPCochlea is a custom Matlab software of which the compiled version is made available here. It derives the polynomial equations of complete cochlear landmark spiral datasets from high-resolution images such as µCT scans for inclusion in the CSRF and it uses the CSRF to derive obscured landmark spirals for incomplete datasets derived from clinical images, such as CBCT. The output of the software is a set of 3D reconstructions of a specific cochlea.
