Jeannie Van der Linde

Professor Jeannie van der Linde is the Head of the Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology at the University of Pretoria. Her use of innovative mHealth solutions to improve the early detection of developmental delays in vulnerable children from low-resourced contexts has helped her forge partnerships with local and international collaborators. Her research also focuses on improving access to care for occupational voice users at risk of voice disorders as well as the prevention of voice disorders. Strong collaborations with international scholars have been established.
