Bioactive ingredients from Cleome gynandra and their encapsulation in beta-cyclodextrin

These datasets were used for my PhD Thesis titled 'Identification of bioactive ingredients from Cleome gynandra and the physicochemical study of their microencapsulation in beta-cyclodextrin'.The same datasets also form part of a journal contribution titled 'Dammarane-type triterpenoids with anti-cancer activity from the leaves of Cleome gynandra' published in Phytochemistry Letters vol.43, 2021, pp.16-22. 

The dataset includes information on novel compound structure elucidation datasets (1D and 2D NMR, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FTIR and elemental composition), alpha glucosidase inhibition assays (extracts and semi-pure fractions), cancer cytotoxicity (lung-, breast- and colorectal cancer).
